The following spring the first Great British Sewing Bee was aired on TV and the nation fell in love with making clothes again. I'm delighted they have, and more and more people are learning or returning to sewing, still. 2 years later, the business found its new home at the Gladstone Road store and eventually I began to add the materials, haberdashery tand sewing machines to what I offer, making Material Moves a one stop place for everything you need for making clothes.
To Celebrate 10 years of helping people learn how to make clothes, throughout April, I am offering 10% off all shop products, (except sewing machines). There will continue to be more offers, so watch this space.
New in stock is this lovely Viscose print fabric. It looks fabulous with Denim and some linen mix fabrics available to buy in the shop, and it's included in the 10% off offer.
